I like to serve this over rice.
Chop 2 celery ribs and the onion. Saute these in the butter until tender. Stir in the soup, broth and soy sauce. Add the chicken and mushrooms; heat through. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and cashews. Bake uncoverd at 350? for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
I like to serve this over rice.
