This recipe was created by my husband after working 6 months in Hawaii. He often went to the short-order line on BYU Hawaii campus. They had something like this there.
Cook noodles as directed on package (do not add seasoning packets). Stir fry meat until cooked through. Add vegetables and stir fry until tender. Add seasoning packets to meat and vegetables. Add soy sauce as desired. Serve over cooked noodles.
