if you like garlic and mushrooms in this is the recipe for you
combine all of the seasonings less the fresh garlic ....rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towel ....season both sides of the chicken with the seasoning mixture ...place the chicken skin side up in a large baking dish .....put chicken uncovered in a preheated oven at 425 ...chicken should cook for approximately 45 minutes ....in a large bowl toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil salt pepper and garlic powder ...place brussel sprouts on a lipped cookie sheet cut side down ....combine the mushroom soup milk button mushrooms season with some of the spice mixture ...set aside ....prepare the rice according to package directions ...saute that shitaki mushrooms in a pan with butter garlic and olive oil ...medium-high heat ....deglaze the pan with the Marsala wine ...when there is 30 minutes left ....put the brussel sprouts in the oven ....in saucepan ...add your sauce mixture ...simmer until the button mushrooms are cooked ...combine the rice and the shiitake mushrooms .
