Roasted roasemary chicken with potatoes and carrots
Mix herbs, garlic, salt in melted butter
Prepare whole chicken and put in roasting pan on rack
Put potatoes and carrots around chicken in pan
Pour 1/2 butter mixture over chicken and the rest over the vegetables
Roast covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs, basting every 1/2 hour
Remove cover and roast an additional 1/2 hr to 45 minutes.
