4 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 tbsp lime juice
4 tbsp honey
.5 cup oil
2 garlic loves, roughly chopped
.5 tsp dried oregano
1.5 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp salt
.5 tsp pepper
Boil corn, drain and simmer.
Put chopped red onions in bowl. Cover with water for 10 min., then drain.
Rinse beans and drain.
Combine corn, beans, red onion, red bell pepper and cilantro.
Make dressing. Combine in blender.
Pour dressing over salad, toss.
Cover and refrigerate from an hour to overnight.
