Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking sheet generously with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except salmon and mayonnaise. Mix in the salmon, shape into 4 balls and flatten. Place patties onto the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes, turn patties over and bake another 5 to 8 minutes, or until crisp and slightly browned. Serve topped with a tablespoon of the mayonnaise.
This recipe yields 4 patties.
Comments: To modify the topping you may add dill and/or lemon juice to the fat-free mayonnaise.

Marilyn56 5y agoI liked the recipe-fast and easy especially done in food processor. Cooked in a fry pan with cooking spray. Used salsa as a topping. Will make again.
