In a large stockpot, cook the bacon over medium heat until it's crispy, then drain as much fat as you see fit. Add the rest of the meat, bell peppers, garlic, and onions to the pot and stir occasionally until the meat is browned. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer that sh*t uncovered for at least 30 minutes, stirring enough to prevent burning on the bottom. Reduce the heat to very low, cover, and let sit for another 20-60 minutes, stirring every few minutes in between whiskey shots while you wait. Remove from heat and serve over crushed tortilla chips after another agonizing 5-10 minutes of drinking/waiting.
