Suggest a better descriptionThinly slice or chop 4 cloves of garlic
Heat large saute pan on medium high heat, add oil
Add Garlic and saute' for 30 seconds, constantly moving the garlic so it doesn't burn
Add big handfuls of spinach one at a time, cook down til the leaves wilt, about 20 - 30 seconds. Adding some broth to create steam and to keep veggies from burning
Add another big handful of spinach until the whole container is empty
You can adjust the heat as you see fit
You don't have to use all the broth, it is for steaming the spinach and to keep it from burning.
