Suggest a better descriptionSlice potatoes, dice onions. Make cream sauce with flour, 3 tbsp butter, cream, milk.
Grease pan.
Layer; 1/3 potatoes, 1/2 cheeses and onions. Repeat. End with potatoes. Dot with 1 tbsp. butter. Top with cream sauce.
Cook 1 hour at 350. Top with cheddar and cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
