Zest of one orange or one
1/4 ts Almond extract
1 ts Maple extract -- (optional)
Cinnamon sticks -- in
1 c Boiling water
1 To 2
3 c Brown sugar -- 1 lb. box
1 ts Whole allspice
1/2 ts Cloves

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



Mix brown sugar and water together. Add wholr spices and citrus zest. Cover and let steep for several hours. Taste to see if spicy enough and if so, strain into container with cover. Stir in maple and almond extracts. Store in refrigerator. Recipe By : MS Bello File
