Suggest a better descriptionCombine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, onions, garlic, canola oil and red pepper flakes. Pour over chicken and place in crock pot. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Mix cornstarch and water and pour over chicken. Cook on low for another 15 minutes until thickened. Sprinkle sesame seeds over top and serve over rice.
(can also make on stovetop).
