Sour Cream "N" Dill Chicken

Nonfat sour cream; optional
1 cn mushroom; sliced
1 ts Chili powder
1 tb Fresh dill; chopped or 1
Cilantro; optional
1 c Red onion; sliced
1 ts olive oil
Salsa; optional
1 c sour cream; (8 ounces)
8 Chicken, skinned; pieces
1 lb Skinless boneless chicken
1 c Green bell peppers; sliced
1 Envelope dry onion soup
1 tb Lemon juice
2 c Black beans; cooked
1 10.75-oz can condensed soup
8 Flour tortillas
1 1/2 c lowfat cheddar; Shredded

Original recipe makes 1



Place chicken in a single layer in a 13 in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with pepper. Combine soup, soup mix, sour cream, lemon juice, dill and mushrooms; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350! for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serve over egg noodles if desired. Yield: 4-6 From the files of Al Rice, North Pole Alaska. Feb 1994
