1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt & pepper; to taste

Original recipe makes 1 Serving



Mix all ingredients together and baste on to turkey, chicken, or roasts. Baste occasionally during cooking. This is enough to baste a 24 pound turkey.
