Haiti origins "Griots"
- Heat large skillet with vegetable oil to medium high heat
- Add pork brown 6-8 min stiring occationally
- Add onions and garlic lower heat to medium low and cook 2 min.
- Add remaining ingredients, bring to simmer
- Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 40-50 min till tender
- Uncover increase heat to medium-high for 5 min untill reduced to thick glaze
- Serve over rice or noodles
