These fries are sweet and delicious, but pack a spicy kick.

"Love these! I've made them several times & they're always good. Mine usually cook in about 30 minutes total though. "

Lot of kick in these fries with the spices. We cooked ours in a convection oven and they were done after 40 minutes at 400 F. Dusted them with powdered sugar to balance out the spice, and we received a lot of compliments. We even had some people dipping these in ranch dressing, so they seem to go well with just about whatever you want to put on them.

Has a very nice spice to it. Recommend cutting the potato into thick pieces. They really shrink in the oven!

1 hour!? After 30 minutes mine were burnt to a crisp and ruined! Try 30 flipping each 15.

substituted seasoning salt for 'cajun spices' and it came out pretty well. little on the spicy side. When I made it for my mom's side of the family, I left out the cayenne, and they also came out great.
