My yummy stir fry
Cook onions, once brown add in chicken and brown well.
Add in all Vegas. Leave out spring onions and egg until the end. Push all food to the side and cook egg, mix around all food.
Add spring onions at the end.
Add peanut oil right at the end, it will help the food not stick together.
Best served with rice noodles, Hokin noodles, rice, long life noodles.
