Lightly coat an 8-inch square cake pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl, stir together blueberries, strawberries, sugar, and 1 Tablespoon
flour. Set aside.
In another bowl, stir together the remaining 1 cup flour, brown sugar,
oats, granola, and cinnamon. Stir in oil and water until the mixture is
crumbly. Pat half of it into the prepared pan. Spread the reserved berry
mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the crisp is golden. Serve warm.
Top with vanilla ice cream for extra points.
