Suggest a better description1. Mix together the oil, garlic, tarragon, mustard, lemon juice and seasoning. Coat the turkey breasts and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. 2. Line a grill pan with foil and grill the turkey breasts for 12-15 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with the marinade, until cooked. 3. Garnish with fresh tarragon leaves and serve with long grain and wild rice. NOTES : This delicious supper dish ideally needs marinating for 3-4 hours or overnight. Serve with long grain rice.
