Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Combine brisket and tomatoes in prepared baking dish. Bake on middle oven rack for 10 minutes or until bubbly hot. Remove from oven and add cheese, then bake on top oven rack for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
