We love this sauce! It's not too sweet, not too tomato-ey. Very simple to make and beats every other pizza sauce we have tried, even the ones from the Italian markets we have been to.

At my first attempt, it was a little salty, but it was great aside from that!

I followed the suggestion of another cook and did one cup (1 can of sauce) and 7 oz of paste (1 can) and it was nice and thick. Great flavor and easy as pie. I didn't have a 30min to let it set and combing so I microwaved for 3 min on 60% infused well. If paring with the thin pizza crust recipe double this one to get enough sauce if you like it saucy. If not it should be enough unless you have crust dippers like we do then you may need a little more.

Easy and delicious! My family loves it.

This is a good recipe but why is it first in whole numbers and then in decimals? Naturally it just took a bit of figuring to get it correctly measured out but the results were liked by my little family. If I made this again I would use a chunkier tomato sauce than I did and a little more herbs along with kosher salt instead of regular.
