Recipe adapted from "Get-Togethers with Gooseberry Patch" cookbook. Can be cooked in a large batch and frozen for future use.
Saute ground turkey in a large stockpot until lightly browned. Add the crumbled pepperoncino, and make sure to wash your hands before doing anything else. Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about one minute). Add the rinsed beans, canned tomatoes, and tomato juice. Stir well to combine. Add taco seasoning mix and chili powder. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes. Add frozen corn about 5 minutes before serving.
