Turkey Chili
Delicious low calorie chili with a kick of heat. Tone down the cayenne and dried chilies if can't handle the heat!!! About 350 calories per serving.
Brown turkey - coat pan with light olive oil. Add turkey, .5 cup Cabernet Sauvignon, salt and pepper, teaspoon minced garlic. Cook on medium until done.
Drain fat off turkey.
Combine turkey and other ingredients and cook on low in crock pot for 8 hours.
