Pasta does not have to be cooked before assembly!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sauce, crushed garlic, wine, water, and oregano in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, ricotta and parmesan, and nutmeg. Pour the sauce into a 9 x 13" pan to cover. Layer lasagna, then sauce, then ricotta mix, then mozzerella, and repeat until there are three layers of each ingredient. Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour. Uncover, then bake for 15 more minutes.
