2 cups Flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Sugar
4 Eggs; separated
1.5 cups milk
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil

Original recipe makes 8 Servings

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a large bowl. Set aside.

Beat egg yolks, milk and oil in a small bowl. Add this into the flour mixture in the large bowl, stirring it only enough to mix well.

In a medium bowl beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold the egg whites into the batter mixture in the large bowl.

Cook in a waffle iron until golden brown and crispy.

Really good! I don't recommend doubling it unless your feeding 8-10 people!

So good. My parents loved it. It's perfect. Fluffy yet crunch. But the hardened egg whites didn't matter of you don't have time you can just mix the eggs in as one piece.
