You can substitute any can of creamy soup you might have in your cupboard, ie: cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, or substitute the saltine crackers for bread crumbs, stuffing mix, etc-just be sure to crush it up!
In large bowl, throughly blend beef, 1/2 cup of the soup, eggs, crumbs, and worcestershire.
Shape into loaf in 10x6 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Spread remaing soup over meat. Top with cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes, or until soup is hot. Let stand, uncovered, 5 minutes before serving.
Note: If you have a meat thermometer, internal temp should be around 170. Ovens that cook unevenly will benefit from you turning the meat loaf around half way thru the cooking time.
If substituting very fine bread crumbs, you may want to add another 1/2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce, or 1/2 tbsp milk. This recipe is infinitely adjustable as long as you have the dry and wet ingredients at a suitable ratio. I haven't tried this with ground turkey, but don't see why it wouldn't work just as well. It's quick, and most of the ingredients you already have. I serve it with my mashed potatoes recipe, or any mashed potatoes, and gravy. I'll add the link when I add the recipe.
