Suggest a better descriptionCombine chili beans, tomato soup, water, beef broth, garlic, onion, chili powder, white vinegar in stock pot. Add cooked ground beef, cook over medium-high heat until bubbling, then reduce heat and simmer approx. 6 hrs. Stir frequently to prevent burning or sticking to bottom of pot. 30 minutes prior to eating add cooked elbow macaroni noodle. Serve with corn bread.
Measure chili powder according to how hot you like your chili, more or less to taste.
More or less elbow macaroni is to taste. More will make thicker chili, less a thinner chili.
