Arrange peach slices in a 9” round baking dish. Pour about half the reserved peach juice on top, discard the remaining juice. Beat the egg, flour, and sugar until combined. Pour over the peaches. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
