• Temper big red chillies
• Decrease the flame
• Temper in little coriander seeds,cumin seeds,chopped garlic
• Since I work in Restaurant Kitchen it’s quite easy to get kasuri methi and I temper it too…
• Let them crackle,release aroma, become crunchy
• Add degi mirch powder and turmeric powder and salt to it
• Take curd in a bowl now pour this temperedlp oil in curd and mix it properly with it….
