Combine meat, seasonings, egg, bread crumbs and 1 can tomato sauce. Make into 8 loaves. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. While meat is cooking, combine remaining ingredients for topping. Remove from oven and spoon off excess grease. Coat each loaf with topping; bake an additional 5 minutes.
