Gather dough into ball, shape into flattened round. Wrap in saran and refrigerate for 1 hr.
Roll out between 2 parchment sheets, 2 inches larger than inverted pie plate.
Fold pastry into quarters and put corner fold in center of pie plate. Unfold.
Fold under edge of pastry and flute.
To bake prick bottom & side with fork. Bake at 475 for 8-10 min.
