A family favorite for using leftover chicken or turkey. Recipe is from Aunt Florence Riggan.
Mix turkey, salt, oregano, pepper, 1 can soup, sour cream, chile pepper and onion.
Divide mixture into 10 equal portions. Spread on tortillas. Roll up. Put in a greased baking dish. Blend the other can of soup and sherry. Spoon over tortillas before baking. Add cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
