Suggest a better description1. Mix yolks, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend for 3 minutes. 2. Dribble oil in until it begins to thicken and is beginning to blend. 3. Add the rest of the oil. 4. Add in seasonings to taste. 5. Finish with boiling water and refrigerate immediately.
