Suggest a better description1. Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Stir together flour, paprika, and 1/4 tsp salt in a shallow dish. Lightly beat egg and the water in a second shallow dish. Stir together panko and remaining 1/4 tsp salt in a third shallow dish. Dredge onion rings in flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip in egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge in panko mixture, pressing to adhere. Coat both sides of onion rings well with cooking spray.
3. Working in batches, arrange onion rings in a single layer in the fryer basket. Cook, turning over halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on both sides, 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, stir together yogurt and remaining ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Serve with onion rings.
