Easy. Takes some prep though, total time would be probably an hour to make.
1. Wash Potato and cut longways into desired fry shape.
2.Soak in a bowl of cold water, place in fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to an hour.
3. Drain water, remove fries and pat dry. Dry the bowl (or use a new, dry bowl) and return fries to bowl. Do not skip drying off the fries!
4. Add remaining ingredients, mix well with hands or toss bowl until fries are thoroughly coated.
5. Bake in air fryer for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Pull out and give them a shake halfway through.
6. Raise temp to 400, bake for 5-7 minutes. Shorter or longer depending on how thick you cut your fries and how crispy you want them. Check every 2-3 minutes to get the crispiness you want.
7. Pull out and immediately season with a pinch or two of kosher salt. Give them 5-10 minutes to cool then enjoy.
Russets are ideal for this. Soaking/drying your potatoes is essential. This removes starch from the potatoes and will massively improve the texture.
