Suggest a better descriptionCut potatoes into frecnh frie sizes, place into cold water and set aside for 30 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl, add Oil,chuli powder,paprika,salt & pepper, and dijon mustard.Mix well.
Dry off potatoes.
Add wet mixture to potaoes.
Place potatoes on baking sheet, and separate.
Bake in 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Plate and Yum yum!!
