Juicy, succulent, chicken casserole dish - protein centric dish. For people who are on the Dukan Diet - this is a good recipe during the Attack or PP days.
1. Cut the chicken into slivers.
2. Heat up the casserole dish on medium heat and brown the onion, garlic and ginger for 5 minutes.
3. Add the chicken and sauté for 10 minutes, stirring well. Mix with the lemon and lime juice, soy sauce, water and aniseed flavoring.
4. Add the bunch of tied mixed herbs, cinnamon, powdered ginger and lemon and lime zest.
5. Season with salt and pepper and leave to simmer for 45 minutes
