Beat the eggs with the sugar into solid white mousse, white peaks.
Mix the baking powder in the flour, and fold into the eggs - do not break the bubbles. It will be a fluffy mousse.
Pour into a baking form previously smeared with oil or butter and a little flour so it would not stick.
Bake on 160 C, with fan function. Needs equal heat everywhere. It's ready when it doesn't stick to a fork in the middle.
