Apple and Endive Salad
In a bowl add julienned apples and coat them with lemon juice
mix copped endives, with pomegranate seeds, honey and salad dressing (go light on the dressing)
Plate the salad with 1/4 cup cheese mixture on plate in round disk like shape
place 4 endive leave over cheese
scoop in some chopped endive and top with julienned apples
sprinkle with extra dressing and seeds to garnish.
