Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Beat together butter, sugars, egg, vanilla.
Add dry stuff to wet stuff.
Stir in apples and pecans.
Dump in 8 x 10 pyrex and top with cinnamon/sugar. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
(I usually double this and put it in a 9 x 13).
