Combine cinnamon and brown sugar
Beat butter and sugar
Add eggs
Add vanilla
In another bowl combine flour and baking powder then add to butter mixture
Add 1/2 cup milk
Pour half batter in loaf pan
Put half the apples on batter
Sprinkle with half the brown sugar cinnamon mixture
Press the apples down
Pour remaining batter
Top with remaining apple and brown sugar cinnamon
Place in oven bake 40 minutes
Let Bread cool for 10 minutes
Turn onto a plate then drizzle with glaze
