Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, stir together all ingredients for the marinade. Poke holes in the chicken with a fork or knife to allow the marinade to soak in well. Add the chicken and toss coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour up to 1 day.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn a couple times throughout cooking and brush with marinade. You can tell when it's done when the skin and meat start to recede from the bone.
Serve with sliced apples.
If you need to cook in quickly, broil the chicken legs on a foil-lined pan for 20-25 minutes, turning often, however slow cooking results in more tender and juicier chicken.
