Healthy apple & oat muffins
Preheat oven to 425. Mix first 7 dry ingredients in large bowl, set aside; mix next 6 ingredients in small bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry, mix slightly. Add apples and walnuts, finish stirring; put in muffin cups, about 15 muffins. Put in oven for 5mins, then reduce heat to 350 for remaining 15 min.
