Melt butter on stovetop in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet on MEDIUM heat. Add
apples, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; cook on MEDIUM heat until apples begin
to soften and sugar has melted, 8-10 minutes.
Beat eggs and vanilla with a fork in a large bowl. Add flour and milk.
Pour egg mixture evenly over apples in skillet. Bake in a preheated oven,
uncovered, for 20 minutes or until puffed and cooked in center.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
