Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 6 muffin cups with paper bake cups. 2. Stir together egg, milk, oil, and half of the applesauce. 3. Pour in muffin mix and stir until just blended. 4. Fill each muffin cup 1/3 full. Spoon 1 tsp. applesauce on top of batter. Cover with remaining batter. 5. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
