Method
Coat chicken pieces with seasoned flour (I put them all in a zip lock plastic bag and shake. Toss excess flour)
Combine Apricot Nectar and soup.
Pour over chicken pieces, cover and bake in moderate oven 180 degrees for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
Serve with rice and a green veg or salad if you want.
Double the recipe if you need more chicken.
