now this one I grabbed from another newsletter I get, I love Arby's chicken salad sandwich, so now I can have it whenever..
1. In a medium sized bowl mix all of the ingredients together. If it is too dry add more mayonnaise to taste.
2. To prepare like Arby's, scoop chicken salad on wheat bread and add a couple of slices of green leaf lettuce. I like to add tomatoes and a pickle. Enjoy.
