This is an excellent alternative to ground beef and sausage recipie, its everything and more creamy cheesy and will melt in your mouth
Preheat oven to 350ยบ F
Brown ground turkey in a pan season to taste, drain and set aside.
Take the skin off the sweet italian sausage , crumble and brown in the pan
combine ground turkey and sausage in pan and add marinera sauce, let simmer til sauce is mixed in and the meat
to assemble place meat on bottom of your lasanga pan put a layer of flat noodles , then spread sour cream across noodles
add sauce from other jar then cheese, then repeat (i usually make 2-3 layers) the last layer should be topped with meat and cheese mozerella cheese on top sprinkle a little basil for looks. Put in the oven til cheese is melted. Serve while warm
