Suggest a better descriptionCombine sugar, flour and salt. Stir in pineapple juice and egg. Cook over moderate heat and stir until thickened. Add lemon juice and stir to combine. Cool to room temperature. Cook the Acini de Pepe according to directions. Drain and rinse with cool water. Combine with pineapple juice mixture and put in fridge overnight. The next day mix with 9 oz cool whip and fruit. Pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, strawberries, bananas, anything goes well in this.
