wisk together 1/4 cup vinger , sugar,, and 1 tsp salt until sugar is desolved. toss with cucumber, sprouts, cilantro basil and jalapeno, set aside
combine:
hoisin, honey, ketchup,, garlic, sauce and a tblspoon vin in a bowl
Saute:
pork ginger in oil in a saute pan over med high heat for 5-7 min. Drain and discard fat add hosin mixture and scallions
Toss: mesclun with cucumber mixture
Spread each baguette slice with butter. Toast Baguette slices in oven 5 min
Spread each baguette slice with mayo top with ham ground pork mixture and cucumber salad
