Spray baking sheet. Place carrots in single layer, with olive oil and garlic powder. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes
Wisk soy, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, rice vinegar in mixing bowl and set to side
Add broccoli florets to carrots and cook for another 10 minutes
Remove from oven, mix broccoli and carrots with sauce, serve and enjoy!
